How the estimate works

Box counts use standard outside volumes; furniture pieces use an average planning volume. A loading-gap allowance is added to the subtotal.

Worked example

Forty medium boxes, 15 large boxes, and 18 furniture pieces with a 15% gap allowance need about 760 cubic feet.
